I use a spreadsheet for my site information, too, and let me tell you, it is opened at least four times a day for reference.

If you want a quick way to access the site, and one less column, you can hyperlink the name of the site. I also use separate worksheet pages with different categories of information: education, job hunt sites, banking/financial, social networking, etc, or I’d be hunting through the list all the time, even if it was alphabetized.

I love using the hyperlink feature on it. I actually use separate spreadsheets for each thing = never thought to use the worksheet function of it. Good idea, though!

You can have a free on-line set of Quick Books for record keeping as a Homestead.com member. I have a web page with them and they just sent me an email stating that I could have a Quick Books account with them for life, for free.
